Refunds and Returns Policy
NO RETURNS – HYGIENE & SAFETY
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on vape products once they have been sold. This includes, but is not limited to:
RETURNS WITH VALID REASONS
In exceptional circumstances, returns may be accepted only with prior approval from our team. All approved returns must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and any unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
DAMAGED GOODS DURING SHIPPING
We will accept claims for items damaged in transit only if:
All damage claims must be supported by clear photo or video evidence showing the issue, with proof of delivery and original packaging clearly visible. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Any claims submitted without sufficient evidence or outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrives with incorrect or missing items, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly. Please note that some orders may be shipped in multiple consignments, so items may arrive separately.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns where products show signs of use, tampering, or damage not caused during transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. While courier delays are outside of our control, our team will assist with tracking and provide updates wherever possible.
